Welcome to Family Kitchen Da Nang, a truly unique experience where you don't just take a cooking class, you become part of our family. We open the doors of our own home and cook together, just like we do every day.
We are a Franco-Vietnamese couple, both former professional chefs, passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions of Vietnamese cuisine. Our classes are intimate, warm, and filled with laughter, the way a family meal should be.

Back home, we prepare a fresh and colourful salad alongside homemade spring rolls, light, healthy and absolutely delicious.
🥞 Bánh Xèo, Crispy Vietnamese Rice Pancakes
Master the art of Bánh Xèo, golden, crispy rice flour pancakes filled with shrimp, vegetables and fresh herbs. A true Vietnamese classic.
🍲 Seasonal Vietnamese Soup
